Diet rich in fruits and vegetables can reduce prostate cancer

According to a recent study- diet rich in fruits and vegetables but low in fats, redmeat and eating less of dairy products may be beneficial for people suffering from prostate cancer. Include tomatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, green tea and vitamin E in your diet –this decreases the risk of prostate cancer.
The study was published in the June issue of the Journal of Human Nutrition and Diets.
